Our Team
Jason Lesueur – Partner
Jason brings 25+ years of Real Estate experience to Partners Direct Invest LLC. Jason started out in the late 1980’s as a Real Estate agent, helping retail sellers sell their properties to retail buyers. In the mid 1990’s Jason began investing in Real Estate. Jason owns 40+ rental properties in the Birmingham area and manages all of the properties himself. Outside of Real Estate Jason enjoys spending time with his family, serving at the Church of the Highlands, and coaching wrestling at Clay Chalkville Middle School.
TJ Sayers – Partner
TJ has over 2 years of experience in Real Estate. TJ began buying and selling houses in Birmingham in 2013. He bought and sold multiple properties before partnering with Jason early in 2014. Since TJ and Jason have been working together they have bought over 100 houses in just over 1 year, most of them in the last 4 months of 2014 and the first 2 months of 2015. Before getting into Real Estate TJ coached wrestling for 7 years, coaching a State Championship team at Hoover in 2010. Prior to coaching wrestling TJ went to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he wrestled for 5 years and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors Degree. Outside of Real Estate, TJ enjoys spending time with his wife Kim, attending Flint Hill Baptist Church, and coaching wrestling at Warrior Wrestling Club.
